FEW Spirits hails from Evanston, Chicago, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years. Ironically, FEW gets its name from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.
A grain-to-glass distillery since 2011, FEW bourbon utilises a 3-grain recipe that infuses southern tradition with the spice of northern rye. Made from 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt, it is fermented with a special, peppery yeast normally used for saison beer. The result provides for a thoroughly enjoyable thick caramel and clove-like spice on the palate.

Boulder's Straight Bourbon Whiskey was awarded Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
With a higher malted barley content than most, this is considered quite a non-traditional bourbon offering a less sweet finish.
Combined with the purest water from the nearby Arapahoe Glacier melt, this bourbon is distilled in a custom Scottish Copper Pot Still and then stored in the dry mountain
climate to mature for a minimum of three years in #3 char new American oak barrels.
Made from 51% corn, 44% malted barley and 5% rye. A burst of apple, ginger, and notes of
cinnamon will greet the palate, followed by a long-lasting malted overtone.

This small batch bourbon consists of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by the distillers and blended. Non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice, caramel and vanilla tone, aged for 4+ years in new American Oak Barrels.
Driftless Glen rests on a unique geographical site called the Driftless Area. Named for the lack of glacial “drifts” during the last glaciation period, the area is unusually filled with limestone hills, filtered aquifers and sandy soils.

Named after a German immigrant stonecutter from the 1840s, Christian Heigold, famous for carving beautiful symbols of patriotism, Rabbit Hole Heigold Bourbon has a unique mash bill using some German ingredients to provide this bourbon a base of southern sweetness layered with notes of white pepper.
Barreled in charred American White Oak and mellowed for over 3 years, these barrels have been slowly toasted over a wood-fired flame before charring which coaxes sugars from deep in the fibres of the wood to mingle with the distillate during the aging process.
A mash consisting of 75% corn, 25% malted German rye, 5% malted barley, producing immediate flavours of butterscotch. Baking spices are added during the process allowing for Heigold to mature into a deep caramel hue - a signature of the Rabbit Hole brand.
