Boulder's Straight Bourbon Whiskey was awarded Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

With a higher malted barley content than most, this is considered quite a non-traditional bourbon offering a less sweet finish.

Combined with the purest water from the nearby Arapahoe Glacier melt, this bourbon is distilled in a custom Scottish Copper Pot Still and then stored in the dry mountain
climate to mature for a minimum of three years in #3 char new American oak barrels.

Made from 51% corn, 44% malted barley and 5% rye. A burst of apple, ginger, and notes of
cinnamon will greet the palate, followed by a long-lasting malted overtone.

A modern bourbon, born in America and raised in Wales by a proud father and son team, Andy and Rhys Mallows. Charlie Parry's is the first-ever Welsh bourbon.

Named in honour of Rhys' grandfather, the bourbon is distilled and matured in Kentucky for 3-years at 125 proof using virgin American oak barrels, charred to release sweetness and colour.

The barrels are then shipped to Wales for final stages of production, where Welsh water (Dwr Cymru) is added.

Made from an undisclosed mash bill of corn, rye and wheat, the palate offers vanilla and toffee
tones, with a hint of charred oak. A truly unique, transatlantic bourbon.

Made from corn, rye and barley, your palate will delight over the dominance of spice once the initial sweetness of honey has faded.

This small batch bourbon consists of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by the distillers and blended. Non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice, caramel and vanilla tone, aged for 4+ years in new American Oak Barrels.

Driftless Glen rests on a unique geographical site called the Driftless Area. Named for the lack of glacial “drifts” during the last glaciation period, the area is unusually filled with limestone hills, filtered aquifers and sandy soils.

Made from: 60% Corn, 20% Rye, 20% Malted Barley. This distillery is proudly local and grain-to-glass.

Straight Bourbon

FEW Spirits hails from Evanston, Chicago, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years.

Ironically, FEW gets its name from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.

A grain-to-glass distillery since 2011, FEW bourbon utilises a 3-grain recipe that infuses southern tradition with the spice of northern rye.

Made from 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt, it is fermented with a special, peppery yeast normally used for saison beer. The result provides for a thoroughly enjoyable thick caramel and clove-like spice on the palate.

A true sipping whiskey.

A true farm-to-table bourbon, Frey Ranch Four-Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 100% sustainably grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled on the Frey Ranch.

Aged for 5 years, this 90-proof bourbon is smooth yet complex with oak and citrus aromas followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips, and dried hay on the palate. With a 4-grain mash bill including non-GMO corn, this is a flavourful bourbon intended to be enjoyed neat, or with a hint of water.

Made from 66.6% non-GMO corn, 12% two-row malted barley, 11.4% winter rye and 10% soft white winter wheat.

The Lincoln County Process is a step used in producing almost all Tennessee whiskeys.

Charcoal is the key ingredient in this process, which sees the raw white whiskey filtered through sugar maple charcoal to take some of the edge off. The porous charcoal absorbs some of the harshness of the fresh distillate before going into 53 US Gallon charred American new oak barrels and aged 8 years.

Made from 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% barley. Enjoy a palate offering the sweetness of caramel with an orange-citrus last.

While James Cree, and his father, William, were involved in the whisky scene in Edinburgh, and James retired to the US to raise cattle in 1885, there is no known link between the Cree family and this bourbon!

The Wiseman straight bourbon from Kentucky Owl is the perfect blend of four Kentucky straight bourbons, including one high in rye and one high in wheat, chosen for their unique profiles and structure, and ranging from 4 to 8 1/2 years old.

A fantastic blend developed by Master blender, John Rhea, a 40 year veteran of Four Roses Distillery.

Caramel, allspice, and citrus notes fill the nose. These lead to similar tastes across the tongue and, as the sweetness fades, the finish presents with a prolonged cinnamon dominating the other spices.

Named after a German immigrant stonecutter from the 1840s, Christian Heigold, famous for carving beautiful symbols of patriotism, Rabbit Hole Heigold Bourbon has a unique mash bill using some German ingredients to provide this bourbon a base of southern sweetness layered with notes of white pepper.

Barreled in charred American White Oak and mellowed for over 3 years, these barrels have been slowly toasted over a wood-fired flame before charring which coaxes sugars from deep in the fibres of the wood to mingle with the distillate during the aging process.

A mash consisting of 75% corn, 25% malted German rye, 5% malted barley, producing immediate flavours of butterscotch. Baking spices are added during the process allowing for Heigold to mature into a deep caramel hue - a signature of the Rabbit Hole brand.

While Charles Medley distilled bourbon up until the late 1900’s, the Medley family now source all their bourbon (Non-Distiller Producer) to their specific mash bill.

Many of these Non-Distiller Producers can craft a smooth and delicious bourbon simply by combining whiskey from different distilleries or adding their own blend of flavours.

Chosen blind by the family, from barrels aged between 6 and 9 years, the distinctive Medley mash bill of high-corn, high-barley, and low-rye provides a confined sweetness and a smooth finish.

An aroma of brown sugar to the nose, with caramel, vanilla, honey and allspice notes on the palate.

Wildcatter Bourbon draws its heritage from a bourbon brand created by Glenn McCarthy six decades ago.

Glenn was an independent oilman who dropped out of high school, sunk two wells by the age of 26 and became a millionaire. In the 1950s, Glenn placed his Wildcatter label on sourced bourbon.

Today, the brand carries forward the same sourced bourbon legacy. The identity of the distillery this whiskey has originated is unknown, as is the specific mash bill, with the only detail being that this is an 8-year aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottled at 90-proof.

Enjoy the palate of caramel, vanilla, red fruits, apricot and spice, that combine to offer a sweet and oaky finish.
