A modern bourbon, born in America and raised in Wales by a proud father and son team, Andy and Rhys Mallows. Charlie Parry's is the first-ever Welsh bourbon.
Named in honour of Rhys' grandfather, the bourbon is distilled and matured in Kentucky for 3-years at 125 proof using virgin American oak barrels, charred to release sweetness and colour.
The barrels are then shipped to Wales for final stages of production, where Welsh water (Dwr Cymru) is added.
Made from an undisclosed mash bill of corn, rye and wheat, the palate offers vanilla and toffee tones, with a hint of charred oak. A truly unique, transatlantic bourbon.
